Hey guys. Getting my car tinted this week but don't know if I want to go for 35% or 20%. Obviously 35% is legal so that would be the safest but I am wondering if the cops bother any of you in CT with 20% or lower. Guess I'm just lookin for some input from you guys that are runnin 20% or lower and if you've ever been pulled over. The car seems pretty dark now w/o tints so I was thinkin 35% but some of my friends keep tellin me I'll regret it and wish I got 20's.....

depends on the color of the car too. darker colors will make the windows look darker with tint. my car is silver but i plan on doing the top half black, so when i get mine done im going 20 on the back hatch and 35 on the front windows. my friends said the same thing but hey they're not paying the ticket for you though. remember 35% is a big difference compared to 100% visibility too.

U never had any problems qball? I'm sayin I would regret the 35's....
Also, my Z is white. I figured that lighter cars tint would look darker in contrast to a light color......

 

any suggestions for places? for tints
