Anyone going to the Formula D event this upcoming weekend? I think i'm going to try and go down on Saturday (the main competition day). Looks like it should be fun.

 

Yeah man Ill be there. I know Rob Feretti is going too. The dude from super speeders haha. Should be an interesting day. Theres a lot of talent competing.

Ill be there Friday. Too bad I won't be there for Saturdays main events. Should I even bother going to Fridays event? Is there going to be any action there?

 

Glad to hear there are some other guys from the forum are going.

I think Fridays open practice for the drivers. I know I can only make it on Saturday if i'm able to go.

 

There will be action, but IMO not worth the same admission as Saturday. It would be maybe worth going if practice were open to the public without admission. There is a ton more to do on Saturday than just watching drifting.

hell yeah, Im down to cruze there with people. Set up a meeting place and a time and ill meet ya there.

 

Depending in where, I could meet up. I'm more west than most people though, so I go a little different route.

So if anyone wants to cruise down with me on Saturday I’ll be coming down GSP south from the bergen/essex area so I suggest the Brookdale reststop and the Cheesequake reststop could be good meetup spots. Wall speedway is exit 100 so that should be a nice long cruise. Gates open at 12 but I want to get there early like 11. so we can meet up around 10-1030?
