Woo hoo.. I passed.. by removing the tune. Still left my art pipes on. I had more than 3 modules not supported. Not sure how I passed, but i'm not complaining.

 

not supported is better than not ready. Looks like there was no monitor to detect those locations. but arts should have a cel unless you didnt have enough driving time to get the cel to kick in .

What do you have for mods ? where did you go for your tune ?

also looks like you failed emissions last yr ...what did you do to fix the initial issue when you went to mac. (just the back to stock retune ?)

 

^yes, i installed stock cats left the exhaust on and removed the tune.

 

GREAT, Well maybe i will take the leap and purchase arts and a tune.

 

Make sure it is tuned properly... I started burning oil shortly after retune for the ART pipes.. Was not burning oil with previous HFC and that tune.

 

My inspection is due next month. I have headers, test pipes, cat back and uprev tune. No cel due to o2 sensor extensions. All systems show ready. I think im going to try and bring it in this way. What do u guys think? The place I always go to don't really care as long as the cel isn't on. But my concern is the tune.

 

I passed this weekend w/ ARTs, FI non-res, Stillen G3's and Uprev. All my monitors were on, no CEL and no stored codes. I do get p0420 from time to time when I go hard, sometimes I get cylinder misfire #5 too -- only when driven hard.

I passed got it done this month just to make sure I had enough time incase I needed to fix something.

 

^^ Nice! I think the general consensus is, be prepared, know the details about your tune, invest in an ODBII scanner and you're good to go.
