Default Mechanic - Philadelphia

I am having trans issues with my Z. The mechanic I normally go to is unsure about the problems and I don't feel comfortable with him trying to fix it. I want a Nissan expert to tell me whats wrong and fix it right the first time.

I keep looking for good mechanics in the Phila area with no such luck. If you know of anyone close to the Manayunk area of Phila please let me know.

Thanks in advance

Out of curiosity, what colors your Z? I live in Manayunk and I've seen a silver and a blue around.

Regarding mechanics, I would suggest taking a trip up to Lansdale to R/T Tuning. They're about 45 minutes away - I've had everything from cams to exhaust done by them.

It is white. What color is yours? I've been seeing a lot of Z's in Manayunk lately, especially on my street.

Do you go to that mechanic for everyday engine issues or to put on aftermarket parts?

White - There's a San Marino Blue around here too.

I've gone to them for basic maintenance (oil changes, tire swaps, tranny fluid) to opening up my engine for new cams/springs to adding aftermarket parts (exhaust, intakes. etc) - Plan on doing a transmission upgrade in the near future with them too. Give them a call (215-855-5565) or go to RTTuning.com and see if they can either help you out or direct you towards a place that'll be able to.
