Default Rear diff bushing installer CT/NY/MA/RI

Aaron from CT here, just wondering if anyone has experience with installing the main rear diff bushing? Don't think it's a job I want to do

I did mine. Some have luck and its easy to pull the stock bushing. I didnt have luck, mine took forever to get out, and much drilling, grinding, and cutting. I guess there are a few methods. It wasn't too bad other than taking the main bushing out.

I have a G35 sedan so I hear it's even harder since the rear tire bucket is right there

Best case scenario is it takes me hours to get the old one out and the new one is so frozen cold it slides right in

I am a DIY kinda guy and I always try to do everything I can by myself. If you feel like you can do it, then give it a whirl. Good luck to you if you try it, shouldnt be too bad.

I heard that drilling the inner bushing material and grinding two slits in outer side of the bushing works well. Maybe this will be a job for the summer

That's how I did it. It was time consuming, but it worked good
