Still will need a daily for winter and post graduation, so I guess now is the time to do it. Also need to get a new clutch and break it in. Last thing I'm going to want to do is wait for a break in once the Vortech is installed. Clutch is old (110k) and I doubt it will hold the 340ftlbs or so for long.
Cage looks good in there! And the padding still looks better than the pool noodles I see some people have.

This roll bar is meant to have harnesses attached exactly how they are. That is the best case scenario for the Z. The bar on my roll bar sits in a significantly better spot than the traditional harness bars do for our cars.
Kirkey high density padding

Just looks a bit on the negative side to me, ~-30 to -40 degrees judging from the pics. Spine compression for 500 please

Colton my brother is selling his 2000 civic if you're interested. Pretty solid car. A new clutch and it's good to go.
And yossip, good luck finding a setup that bring it to a more positive angle without custom fabricating something. And that is the picture distorting the angle, it is at most -10 degrees

I got a bolt-in roll bar because I figured I could always have it welded if need be. Its easier to convert a bolt-in to a weld-in than it is to convert a weld-in to a bolt-in. So as of now my entire bar is just bolted in.
As far as the reclinable seat danger, yes I am very aware of that. That is the main reason I got rid of some Bride replica seats I picked up cheap about a year ago. I have not heard of a high quality, reputable seat manufacturer having that issue with their recliners.
Only thing I wish about the seats I do have is that I wish they had the built in submarine hole rather than running the harness over the front.
I have SFI approved padding ordered that will cover the roll bar area near my head and the passenger side. On with the pictures, in the first one you can see that is as far back as the passenger seat goes because of the crossbar. And in the second pic you can see I have full use of the seatbelt

You probably see some monsters there though!
I haven't gotten a chance to, money has been tight (seats were gifted to me). you make me want to go again on Friday... Though I am going back and forth with my tuner so I should wait until we get things perfect. I actually got more like 11 runs in, I have been finding more run slips lately haha.

And the roll bar was heavy, but holy $hit it does give the car some serious rigidity. I have absolutely ZERO body roll now

I like stiff... I'm thinking about cutting out my rear paneling, but my wife keeps giving me **** about it... She doesn't like the idea of non reversible impractical cutting. She seems fine with the stripped rear though.
I had a small leak and found water and stripped everything out to make sure I didnt have any issues... It was massive downpoors and I ended up with like 2 tea spoons of water in my glove box area, and a few drips on that false floor... Guess ill silicone the rest of my window...

I kinda like the noise, makes it so its noisy on the inside and not so bad on the outside, I like my exhaust better now. I've ditched my amp and subwoofer so miss that a little, im thinking about taking out the entire stereo actually, but more likely I'll just keep the back speakers and head unit... The fronts might be on the chopping block, and I kinda want to clean up the wiring where the bose amp used to be.

Yeah plus my front speakers are 4 inch little bastards that dont do much...
I did some truck maintenance today... Still need to do the pther side, and my exhaust fell off (broke off at the muffler) when I removed one of the hangers... Stupid salt

I had a flowmaster muffler in a shed at my brothers house so I went and got that for the truck... Apparently a family of mice lived inside of it, my brother blew it out with a shop vac and **** blew all over the place, it was super gross. I never realized how heavy flowmaster mufflers are, thing must be almost 20lbs

Well I swapped my amp out just to determine my old amp was still fine. My remote power wire ended up getting crushed when I put my seat belts back in and that was the cause of all of this. Nonetheless, I left the new amp in there, so if anybody is looking for an amp, my Kicker can be bought.
And tomorrow my brothers and I are going on a 600+ miles round trip for car parts. We will be hitting MD, NJ, NY, and then coming back home to PA. Hopefully with many high dollar and high horsepower pieces
