Yeah, but i still really like the car. Could get anything else, but will never be the same. Some cars stick longer than others..

So anyone wondering about the easy way to drain the ac lines a razor blade to the hose works well but it shoots out like a fire extinguisher and if your truck is right next too the blast zone it gets covered in green goo.

So ive come to the conclusion that I am not cut out to part out a car... People want the stupidest ****, everyone flakes out, and its not really worth the aggravation...

Other then that taking it apart has been fun.

I don't think I could ever part a car out down to scrap. Too much work for not enough reward. Now an aftermarket partout, that I could do.

Also, finals week is hell as always. So glad that I should only have one more of these weeks in my life

Yup thats why I stick to aftermarket parts and always try to put the car back to stock when I'm done.

People asked me about trading headlights/tailights on the g35 and I told them no. Its not worth even pulling them off.

And yea finals week sucks, my semester officially ended today. Back to the battery plant tomorrow

But all and all its still fun ripping a car apart and learning how its all put together... That crank pully was no joke, I used a 25inch breaker bar with a 36 inch piece of exhaust pipe to break it loose... The clutch was slipping a little bit im surprised I even got it off...

The crank pulley on my spare motor practically fell out when I took the bolt out...

Its really nice living alone and not having anybody complain about random car parts placed everywhere

Yea I try not to stock pile too much. I did have built heads in my closet for a while. My entire fuel system is in the kitchen. That shelf is my 'active' projects. This morning it was my side skirts but I cycled them out since I finished the vinyl

This bumper has kicked my @ss for the second time now. Worked on it for the better part of today and managed to get the first piece on. Only spot I'm really not happy with is where the Nissan sandwich would typically go.

Other than that I finally managed to capture some of the purple shades this color has in a picture

Getting all of that in one piece is impressive though. Those contours on that bumper are possibly the worst thing you could try to wrap. Makes me embarrassed my front bumper didn't turn out better

Dont be fooled by the picture, the area where an emblem would be is pretty rough. But overall, I attacked the bumper much better this time around knowing what happened last time I did it.

And Im 98% sure I bought the bumper that has the most dramatic, extreme curves and angles.

Got up this morning and looking at the bumper and was disappointed with how it looked near the emblem area. So I decided to trim it back and redo that one part. So now there is a seam but no wrinkles in that area

From more than a foot away, you'll never notice. People don't even notice my headlight seams, which weren't even done with knifeless tape. Looks great. When do you get the Z back to start on the large pieces? Rest of the car, minus the rear bumper, is straight forwards for you
