Where is "Tobay"? How far is it from Queens?

OK guys - first thing I think we need is a name for the club!

No ideas for the name of the club, but I would be up for whatever you guys are up to.

I'm definitely up for the club. I actually met Andy a while ago at the XX Tuning meet. I think we should all drive down to ATCO together (depending on who is going of course) on April 25th. I'm sorry I couldn't make it to Sunday's meet up...was stuck in CT

 

Actually I'm going to caravan with the Z owners from Smithtown Nissan and Performance Nissan (Westbery Nissan) for the ATCO meet. I spoke with Dan from Smithtown Nissan and will confirm a location either on the service road of L.I.E. or Grand Central Pkwy near Queens. I'll inform you when I know the location as the date gets closer..... (cann't wait)

Count me in, ive been wanting a local area Z club for a while, so anything i can do to help would be great

I prob could take care of Emblems, or Window stuff, if we want to go that route.. not really much else i can see myself doing, but i have a guy who specialty is Stickers decals, and stuff like that

as for names, i dont know, Tri-state Z club, all i could think of

There is a East coast Z club, as well as a NY club, but the NY is mainly upstate, and the East Coast Z club, does have diffrent chapters. But if we could get something where it would be for the local area, and maybe be affiliated with the East Coast club i think that would work best. I think it would be great to have something to bring together the guys and girls out here on Long Island as well as our NJ and CT counterparts

 

The NY club I know lots of the guys at...but its mainly older cars - I figured it was time to get a local club going for Z and G guys of the modern era

I agree that affiliations with other clubs is a great idea

 

Hey, I had a blast at the Tobay Meet and met a few guys... I myself would like to see a Local Z club for the island and others can meet up. I do agree it would be good to be affiliated with events with other z clubs to. I am willing to help as much as i can myself. I know people that do silk screening that can make up shirts and stuff. I'll try to think of some names to throw up in the air for a club name.. Just an idea.. Thanks guys.. Im gonna try to be at Captree this Sunday Nick.

my buddy owns a sticker shop,i can get us stickers..but they would have to be SMALL if anything,i cant stand big stickers....

As for Club name, I like "Norel350Z"'s idea (Tri-State-Z Club). And for our logo we can use the "triangle recycle arrow" with the "Z" in the middle (the 3 arrows ressemble the 3 states)........ what do you guys think?

 

 

Is the club going to be for the tri state only or are you going to open it up to New England? Just my 2 cents but if it's a club for G's and Z's shouldn't the name involve both or neither?
