Whoa. Oh my god, dude, that's some Bvllsh!t. Now, that stuff can get dangerous, and people get stupid, but what's that lady talking about "kids coming home from school"? when, 2am? and them tearing off bumpers with forklifts is definitely jacked up. hmmm....

That looks like nice evidence for a lawsuit against the city.

Instead of worrying about cars racing, they should do something about the helicopters dropping out of the sky onto people's houses.

Hah..

Drag events are stupid though. I had a car run from the cops and instead ran straight into me. I wouldn't go to one in my car ever again. Too risky. Not to mention there were numeous times people almost crashed.

Pay $15 bucks and go to a local drag strip (MIR) and drag safely!!

Ever tried going to E-Town on a Saturday? Or even a Wednesday night? You're lucky to get two or three runs in. There need to be more dragstrips but there aren't so what do kids do? Race on the street or the highway. Try as they might, NYPD and other depts. won't ever stamp out street racing. The smartest thing to do would be to encourage kids to race legally.

i know there are plenty of drug dealers, rapists, killers roaming nyc, especially at night... show me a "streetracer" that leaves there house w/ intent to harm someone

p.s.
most teens doing whatever else (clubs, parties, etc.) are either getting high or drunk . . . and then trying to drive home
