Clear out Headlights VA/MD/DC
Hey Dave,
I might be interested in the same task that Alberto is asking for, but I don't know that I've ever seen a picture of a headlight with this blackout process done. Do you have any pics of the Z headlight blacked-out? Thanks.

. Either way...(with or without diffuser removal/replacement)...getting inside the headlights is $150. And then $25 more for painting the inserts [while I'm already inside]. Make sense?
Again, wouldn't want any misinterpretations is all. Thanks!

Here are some pics on => this thread <=. I did not do this work...the fellow who's thread this is, did the work. But I would be able to do a comparable job
.HOWEVER! Update on July 17th to all!!! Not sure where we last stood on things clearing-wise so please, let me offer a general update as to where I stand currently. I had intended to offer a trip up north with an effort to schedule 3-4 350z clearings on July 17th. However, I have received word that the host will now likely be out of town that weekend. As I've posted to this thread with this information...and no other interested folks have offered to be the host for what could amount to anywhere from 16-to-20 hours to possibly 2 days worth of work during that trip (me needing their kitchen/oven/garage/covered area to perform conversions)...I cannot help now but cancel the intended trip. We're ~ 17 or so days away, granted, yet without a commitment from someone willing to host, I really cannot afford to plan the trip, slotting people's times for clearings, etc. A trip up north really all hinges on having a willing host.
So the best I can do now [if you are still interested in my services] is offer you the invitation to consider a trip down at what would be identified through PM communications as a mutually accommodating time for both yourself and me. I will do my best to arrange my time to suit your availability if at all possible. So PM me back with your thoughts. Thanks...and again, my apologies for not being able to make a trip up July 17th.
Best Regards,
Dave "w1ngman" Parker
PS. I've sent PMs to some folks that I remember having sent PMs to me earlier about this trip north. In a couple of those PMs I might have inadvertantly referred to a date of July 12th. Sorry about that. As this thread has pointed out from its inception, the intended date was to be July 17th. However, no host = no trip north. Sorry about that folks! But again, I'm more than willing to work with each of you individually...we'll just have to arrange a mutually workable date/time for those interested to travel down to my garage for the work to be done. I'm not terribly far (Richmond, VA).
