i had a hard time opening the headlight housing, with the help from my brother, still not an easy job, it was a pain in the axx

if u heat it up too much, i m afraid it will cause damage to the projector and chrome paint. if not enough heating, silcone wont melt then it will be impossible to open it. so the temperature needs to be just right, thats the trick...

I have to give you props man that looks awesome. How did you work up the courage to do that. What kind of paint did you use for the housing and
did you also use the same paint for the orange signal lights.

just use a heat gun this way you dont have to heat the entire housing just the joint area.
