Default Great dealer service at Advantage Nissan

I just had to let others know about the service department at Advantage Nissan.

I have come to loath dealers service departments over the years due to poor service, total indifference, and a lack of ability. In fact I'll fix most things if I can even if they are under warranty because I don't want them messing something else up.

However I had the 3rd gear grind and wanted a new tranny before my warranty ran out. I had spoken to them before and even hung out with a few of them at the track once. So I went to the dealer and told them my problem and without hesitation they knew what it was and ordered a transmission for me.

They even recommended that I get a flywheel and clutch so they could put it in at no charge while it was apart.

Mind you that the wastegates on the Greddy kit block the tranny bolts. They replaced my tranny swapped my clutch and flywheel let me hang out and swap the wastegate springs while they had it apart. I know what a pain it is to have a customer sit and watch you work on their car but, they had no problem with it.

Needless to say I am very pleased with the level of service it received there. They also sell and install Stillen superchargers and are about to embark on a 500rwhp Z for a customer.

Yeah, I bought my Z at Advantage Nissan there on Autocenter Way, and I cannot say enough good things about the service department there. If I have had any issues with my car, they have fixed it with a smile!

I had an issue with the tire recall and a new tech scratched up my two front wheels while doing the swap. I mentioned it to the service writer and they replaced ALL FOUR WHEELS AND TIRES for free @ 16K miles! I was (and still am) stunned at this level of service.

While in for an oil change once, the technician asked me if I wanted to look under the car while it was up on the lift. The service manager came back and talked with me about the suspension and exhaust systems on the car. They really seem to care about their customers and have a genuine enthusiasm about the Z. As you can probably tell, I can't say enough good things about the guys at Advantage Nissan!
