Yes I can call you when we leave.I want to meet up early so we can get a good start. For all the Seattle people that are going to meet up how does 8 sound and get in to Olympia by 8:45.

Are there any one is Marysville, Everett, or any other part of WA that want to join the drive? Please let us know right now there are only about 4 peolpe. Is there a place were we can have a bbq at?

 

^^^^ I'm going to talk to my buddy in Bonney Lake that just bought a Z and see if he can make it. Our parents are friends. Only talked to him once in about 15 years. it would be a good chance for us to hook up. i'll post here if i can talk him into it.

 

We can move it back to the 10th. That should eliminate any traffic issues.

If it was moved to the 10th I wouldn't be able to go. It was random luck that got this day off. If you think traffic would be that bad, y'all could go without me, but I've been waiting for a trip this summer.

 

Hell, that ain't acceptable. The 3rd is fine with me. We shouldn't hit too much traffic going over or coming back. There may be a bit we have to suffer for a small part of the CruiZe but I planned this route without having to spend too much time on the heavily travelled routes.

Let's do it on the 3rd, folks. Let's get a count so I know who, and how many, are coming. Also, depending on when you start from the Seattle area, give me an ETA here. Our starting point is approx. 1/2 hr from downtown PDX.

Let's nail this down and get ready for some fun!!!

No BBQ close by in Netarts but there is a great eating place there called the Whiskey River Inn. Outside or inside seating, great food, good prices, sufficient parking. A friend of mine with a sweet, bone stock & restored 240Z, was offered the establishment and the owner's two daughters in exchange for his car! <G>

He says he turned her down. LOLOLOL

I'd like to join you, as I'm sure other guys would too, but the holiday weekend just doesn't work for me either.

 

There should not be that much traffic. We would love to see you out there if you can make it but the date will not change.

It's not the traffic I'm concerned about. I won't be around that weekend. I think a lot of the 350z faithful have plans for the weekend also.

 

I'd love to go but I already have plans for that day. I'm going to try for the St .Helens drive on October 1st.
