9/3, 12:30 ish, Hillsboro Airport terminal parking lot. Directions are on the first page of this thread.

 

The forecast is iffy for this Saturday. Rain is forecast for Portland later Saturday which tells me it will be on the coast at the time we plan to be cruising through.

I vote we move this back at least one week to 9/10 or two weeks to 9/17.

What say you all?

Yeah, it may be or it may not. Usually see a spike during Labor Day but I would expect it to drop back to pre-Labor Day holiday prices after that. We'll go for 9/10.

Forecast is for rain all weekend, starting Friday night. Let's back this up and try for 9/17 guys.

Also, our meeting place (hillsboro airport) will be packed for the airshow this weekend as well.

I just spent hours cleaning and detailing the car and don't really wanna get it all dirty again.

I'll keep an eye on the forecast for 9/17 and advise.

 

Man, NW weather is so damn unpredictable. 2 months of nothing but 80-90 degree days and then WHAM, the one evening I have plans to golf with co-workers after work...it's friggin rains.

 

yep...as fall approaches, the weather gets more and more unpredictable. That's why I call the tv weather folks "weather guessers" instead of weather forecasters.

Maybe we should have done this in July!!! hehehehe...
