Enduro
For what it's worth; the 350Z's honor was upheld at Enduro (results are up on the WWSCC site). I won the battle, but at one point I thought I had lost the war (long story). BA Cutler I wish you could've been there... it was glorious!

The STi, Porsche, one of the S2k's and the RX-7 were on R-compound. The STi beat me at the last event, but BA Culter one-up-ed him and took home first at that one (another amzaing story).
After smacking one of the big heavy 3 footer constuction cones at nearly 60 mph (sending it flying 10 yards), I no longer fear hitting deer. I thought my bumper was toast after that hit, I could feel the impact slow the car down. But I got off lucky. A few more scratches on the 'ol bumper but surprisingly not a dent or a broken light.

Great job! That wraps up the 2005 WWSCC Stock A Championship for you, your first in what will no doubt be a long string of titles. On Saturday, your driving watered my eyes... even before you throttled me by almost a full second! Where the heck did THAT come from!?
I would've loved to have been there on Sunday (I guess I don't mind you annihilating me), but other things kept me away (wedding anniversary), and even though she said... several times: "it's OK, if you really want to go race"... I haven't been married this long making silly decisions like that!
I hope you come out to a few more events this season, just for the fun of it... and to allow us another shot or two at the 2005 WWSCC SA Champion... Congrats!

I'm done with competition for the season. The WWSCC Championship is clentched, all I need to do is wait for Dec to roll around and pick up my trophy, which should rightfully be yours if it hadn't been for the wheel lug issue.
I might be convinced to come out to an SCCA event just to try out Packwood or to get back in touch w/ Bremerton, but only if you'll be there. It's always a blast autoX-ing when you're around.
I feel like I've come a long way since I first started autoX-ing. But what I found out during that time was that the 350Z is the true champion. This car has been flawless as an autoX-er. I probably have almost 400 autoX runs on it and I'm still waiting for somthing to go remotely bad. Yeah I'll admit, it's not the best in preformer in it's class, but it's reliability and consistency has been outstanding. I'm looking forward to seeing 350Z divers in B-Stock take home the trophies at Nationals.
"Long live the Z!"
This is great news! Unfortuanately I wasn't able to make it to the practice day like I had intended...but I have the schedule now, so I'll try to be at other practices. You still plan on going to those, drivesolo?
Yeah, I'll still go some of the practices left this year. I'll probably be on my street tires just so I don't have to tow the trailer and go through the tire swapping routine. That is.... unless there is a reason. ie: maybe a little RWYB challenge of some kind? I still have a good amount of rubber left for that if folks are up to it.
Stangely enough, I'm looking forward to a practice in the rain, it'll give me the opportunity to work on some skillzzz.

Looking forward to seeing DrVolkl's NSX out there and Triple8Sol's G35 running on comp tires. Hmmm.... I'm wondering if I should bring my comp tires along just so I won't feel left behind.
Very cool, congrats!!! I am glad we have you to uphold the true potential of the Z. It would be cool to compare the times when you gonna be on your street tires cause I am starting to think about making changes to the suspension, so we will be able to see how my stock does vs. your modded.

Hopefully we can have you come out to one of our practices next month so you BA Cutler and I can have a go at it. We're all in B-Stock together. This'll be great! A battle of Z's. Throw the usual 350Z faithful, STi's and S2000's in their competition gear, a G35 and an NSX into the mix and we've got the makings of one awesome time.
I guess I'll have at least one more event this year to use the comp tires at.
It will entirely depend upon how soon we get moved up and where we end up. Right now, we still have to sell some stuff that we won't need for a while, find a place on the east side/south-east, get our house sold, and get our remaining stuff to the new place.
