I have had lots of cars want to race on the highway and other roads around town. I thought it would be fun to see if any of the other Z's in the area have added any kills.

I have had my Z for a little over a year now and have taken

honda civic and i dont know what he had but it was fast

my mods are K&N CAI, under drive pully, and jwt clutch and flywheel

I raced a rx8 last night on my way home from work, by the time I shifted into 4th I could see him in my mirrors.

 

Yeah, the Spetrum is pretty fast.... My buddy had one in high school It must have been in the 18's with the exhaust leak. My 85 ford tempo could take it though.

I would take the FX if I had 2 million to spend on a prototype..... But hey, the Z does alright for daily driving.

 

only car i have lost to, was a modified C5 vette. my car was not tuned though and it went pig rich so i could not give it more than about 1/3 throttle. the funny part is he really did not pull away very quick at all, plus i got the initial jump on him before the motor went to like 9-1 a/f and cut out. he gloated, i laughed. been looking for him again now i can actually run to redline.
