Question mechanic

anyone know of a good/honest mechanic who can work on our Z's for regular maintenance work?

I gotta 15K service coming up, yet I'm hesitant to take it to the dealer to get it done because of so many horror stories. Last time I got my oil change at Younker the guy forgot to put the oil cap back on. I had oiil sprayed all over the underside of hood.
