You really should have the car aligned and more importantly get the car corner weighted. If you set all the ride heights the same front/rear and side/side then I can guarentee you that the corner weights are off. The car may feel like it handles well but you will be suprised at the difference corner weighting makes to the car.

At the track, if I take a passenger for a ride in my racecar, I can feel the difference that their weight makes on the handling (the car is corner weighted for just me in the car).
