Can't seem to go through downtown Kirkland without feeling like crap...

I was hoping I could build a R34 v-spec some day if I could afford it. R34 V-specs are still like 40K+ used and hard to find compared to mine which was pretty much competely build with about 25K miles for around 30K. Only things I have added are Recaros and rollcage.
But, someday Eric, someday....
Here are some pics... That's my wife. She'll be there for Roslyn Run2..

So yesterday was crazy, I saw 2 red Ferrari's one silver one on a car hauler (on 520) and a yellow one (eww) I love this weather everyone whips out their good cars for the summer !
You have to understand where he's coming from. He is talking about mods directly proportional to the value of the car. Yes wheels for a Ferrari are very expensive, but compared to the Ferrari itself they are not worth anymore than what volks, works, etc would be for a Z. And besides, the Ferrari owner should be able to afford those or else he probably shouldn't have bought the Ferrari!
Modded ones will turn PLENTY of heads, and as you know about most cars, pictures never do them justice. They are jaw dropping in person.

^^^Just amazing. That 599 has the most beautiful side profile of any car I have ever seen. That thing must cost twice as much as a stock one though if it's from Hamann.

The weather was nice today, just got back from docking the boat on the kirkland pier. Hopefully its gonna be nice through the weekend. I wanted to go to chelan but apperently the weather was suppose to be crappier than here. It seems like when its about 75-85 thats when the Ferraris see the sun around here.
The Enzo is owned by the John Shirley, President of Microsoft, he has a rather large collection of cars including a F50, F40 and a lot of vintage Ferrari's and Alfa's.
I grew up in Kirkland and there were very few exotic cars in the whole of the Eastside until the tech market boom and the crazy money people were getting from IPO's and stock options in the late 1990's.
Remember, Ferrari owners (or Lambo) are not necessarily Ferrari DRIVERS....
That's why on lapping days at SIR when we are lapping all the exotic cars and when all the drivers come over to look at the car and find out that the motor is almost stock and only has about 320hp, they get real quiet and walk away....

I also checked his net worth, and back in 2002 he was one of the richest 400 Americans valued at $600 million.

Interesting how we all see his Ferraris in Bellevue considering he lives in Medina... but I guess what is there to do in Medina other than sit around in a fancy home!?
I was just under the impression that he lived in a particular area in Bellevue because some members here have spotted these cars in the exact same locations. That could not have been a coincidence... maybe he has his cars kept at some garage there. PRIVATE garage in Bellevue.
Yes, a private garage in Bellevue. It is possible.

Next time i'll see him in town i'll give him a black eye courtesy of my350z.com Northwest forum members. Seriously, i think my Z looks better than 99% of the cars out there, so when i see that 1%, i get angry. Its too bad i see that 1% more often now. Saw a nice SLR Mclaren in kirkland while driving to dinner. So low and wide and the exhaust is awesome.

Good lord I wish I had my camera. I saw a freakin white Carrera GT //-parked right on the strip yesterday in the evening... with a black GT3 not far behind it.
Where the hell is all that new money coming from in Kirkland? It must be the fact that the city has the only waterfront downtown area... but that can't be the only attraction? Damn way to feel like bottom of the barrel lol.
