Ticket In Lynnwood
Hey all,
Anyone had any luck fighting a ticket in Lynnwood Municipal Court? I guess its a pretty popular speed trap over by Residence Inn by the mall. Officer said he got me on laser, but I find it hard to believe given the circumstances. Just curious if the courts are friendly or if I am better off hiring a lawyer to fight it for me. Thanks in advance.

How much over were you going? If it's like 45 in a 35, I wouldn't worry about it...unless you have 10 prior tickets.
If it's 75 in a 35, then get a lawyer.
Lots of times if you just show up, you're better off than you would have been.
