Default Who Needs Tuning?

We are trying to fly SAM from GTmotorsports up here. So far we have 3 who are down to do it. milou (devil Z), Aaron (Jining), and me (IcedOutIS). He is going to be up here anyway to do the extreme kit for drift office. Is anyone else interrested in doing this? His costs are $1k a day to tune, plus we fly him in here, and pay for hotel stay. Will probably get him for 2-3 days.

if he is already flying up here, maybe we can just ask sam if he can just stay for an extra day to tune us. What dyno are you thinking of doing it on? Might be hard to find a load based dyno thats not booked up, Kito has a musting MD-500 pretty damn nice but I am pretty sure its booked at least 3 weeks in advance.

he says that he prefers an inertia type (not load) dynojet dyno. Doesn't drift office have their own dyno?

Ok well just got off the phone with bob from driftoffice, SAM wont be up for another 3-4 weeks because they had a delay regarding an APS exhaust for the 350z they have there.

Bob is going to give sam a call and give me a call back so i'll let you know whats up.

P.S He told me icedoutis came in and tried to haggle the price down haha

by the way, im not sure sam is down to do a marathon tuning session, basically bob said sam wouldnt take too long with the 350z and we could use the rest of the day to tune ours... so if more people want a tune I dont know if thats possible, not sure if sam would even want to tune this many cars offsite, just a heads up.

Wow...that works out pretty well! So DO is already paying for his expenses? All you guys have to do is pay for the actual tuning? What does he charge per hour? You figure about 2 hrs max per car, if all he's doing is dyno tuning. I would hope he would offer to do street tuning too?
