The AutoX in Everett was pretty good. I had a good time and enjoyed talking with the 350Z guys that showed.

Johnlotusboy, awesome looking machine you've got there! The video that I've got of it doesn't do it justice. If you're quick you can see me working the corner rooting you on as you blow by.

The video from inside the car was from a camera mount built by yours truly just for the occasion (and hopefully future autoX's). Bolts right onto the stock holes on the trunk's floor just forward of the strut tower brace.

Way too cool. How did you make the bracket for the camera. I made one as well to record my day at PIR, it was a little shaky.

 

It was pretty simple. I was thinkig about posting the plans on-line when I get the chance. Aside form the cost of the raw material, the only cost was for the camera stand which was about $12 + S/H. I'll take a photo of it and post it.
