Good idea, that 6-7 year loan didn't sound like a good idea at all. What are you studying at UW?

Not in Washington state. Two guys beating the crap out of you is a deadly threat. Sounds like self defense to me.

you know for a fact that he was breaking up the fight because you went to school with him? How is that proof? I went to school with a lot of people, and some of those already killed people...

I think he's saying that he knows his name because he went to school with him.

I don’t know what law school you went to... but that is completely false in Oregon/Washington. From the sounds of it, he legally could have shot numerous people and been fine. If he had 3-4 people stomping on them and he shot all of them as they were attacking him, he would walk away.

At this point in time there are no charges being pressed against me. Honestly i do not think that it is appropriate for me to get screwed over in any of this because there were people who i DID NOT welcome into my house that brought alcohol... so in court me providing would NOT hold up simply because i did not invite certain people into the house who brough alcohol (i mean its not like i dind't want them there... but i can plead ummm "ignorance") aka being unaware or everything.
You can’t plea 'ignorance' it’s not a legal defense =)
If you didn’t invite these people into your house, but they were allowed into your house if it was by you or not, it is still your responsibility to make them leave. The alcohol was at your house, and under-age people were drinking it. You were 'hosting' the party, you are at fault.

But when things like this happen, there are usually bigger fish to fry. But it is a learning experience: /

True... But its already gone to my lawyer and every suit against me has been extinguished. I threatened with a countersuit of everybody that brought in alcohol to my house. And a few other details that were very intimidating to people's parents that thought they would "teach me a lesson" well good lawyers work wonders in this world and i had them all shut the FU*K up very quickly...

AS for the guy that said he knew him his name is "Chris Chandler" dunno if u made a typo but just a little heads up. Im sorry for your loss if you were friends with him. He goes to Lake Washington Technical College and i went there... Also His big brother and i worked at the same work... "the madison house" as waiters. Im not good friends with him but i am relatively connected with him. 1 of my BEST friends was hella close with him.

Lastly id like to let everybody know that there was a memorial outside my house, which i sat at for a few hours every night in the freezing cold passing on my respects to everybody that came by to visit.

R.I.P. CC you'll be missed by many
