if anyone DOES happen to figure out how to get 12's under the strut id like to knwo too...hahahaha. that would be INSANE!!
I've tried, with no success... Two JL 10W3v2's and a JL 500/1 is the combo that I usually do and it seems to be the best for good sound and a lot of volume. If you want to do 12s you need to chuck the spare and glass a box in place of it. I've also fit them behind the seats with a little fiberglass/bondo/sanding/paint, but they didn't sound nearly as good as 10s in the hatch.
