this is member currency aka ty p. He has a rep on honda-tech for being a scammer. Took thousands and thousands of dollars from multiple members. He was banned on numerous of his accounts, but he just made more. Thought I would just come over to these boards and share that bit of info with you. Also, you can search for his name on google and find out that he scammed people on numerous boards, not just H/T

 

Holy crap I know this kid now! I bought some "mint" condition RSX wheels from him a few years back, drove all the way up from portland to get them, and they were nowhere near mint condition as he claims, and then he wouldn't budge on the price! Luckily I was repainted them anyways, but this douche is finally getting what he had comming to him.

 

Is this shiit legit? That thread got closed last year or so... I have had good luck buying stuff in the 5 digit price range from as far as Florida from members on this site. Only takes one scammer from the honda-tech forums to screw it up for all, I say ban the guy!

I know I won't be dealing with anyone I don't know from here on out, or they have to have great itrader or references or no deal!

Might wanna post this stuff over on all the local and NW sites. northwestnissans.com and nissanpacific.com and all thier affiliates etc... I know there are more but i'm not a multiforum post ***** yet :P

 

BTW, someone should sticky this on g35driver and here so new members know to steer clear of said scammer...

This 21yo kid has owned a bunch of Hondas: white EG Civic hatch --> grey DC5 Integra -> white S2K --> white RSX Type-S. As we all know, now he has an '03 Redline 350Z base. The silver spoon must be nice.


On Honda-Tech, he has changed his sn several times to continue running his multiple scams, but luckily people have picked up on it each time:
aberfoyle --> spelunk --> chemical --> q. (not sure of the exact order)
