Default Need someone with a stock 03-06 Z that wants a FREE dyno pull

Yes, free. PRE (performance race engineering)'s owner Bobby has offered to do a dyno pull for the purposes of getting a baseline on his dyno. It is an AWD dyno dynamics, and while it seems accurate in AWD mode, I questioned some of the numbers it put out while dynoing an '06 Z with bolt ons (That Z dyno'ed at 282rwhp and 265tq).

Requirements:

- STOCK (or very close to it)
- 2003-2006 year Z's only. Rev up/non rev up doesnt matter. No VQ35HRs, sorry 07+ guys
- 6MT trans
- Prefer if you already have a baseline dyno from someplace but it is not neccessary.

If anyone is interested in helping us out, let me know. PRE is located at:

18061 SE DIVISION - Portland, OR 97236, Oregon US

Thanks Tito, I forgot to put that in there.

Kiwi, the car in question had a plenum spacer, high flow cats, exhaust, and some sort of intake (I dont know which). Also, remember this is a Dyno Dynamics dyno, which in my experience tend to read lower then DynoJet or others.

Would rather it was a Z. G's put out a bit less power, right?

Sno, I will find out what their hours are and get back to you.

If you don't find a MT.
I have a 2006 with an AT, and with only CAI and UTEC.

I live in Canby, but work on Swan Island.

I did a dyno pull at Unnatural during the Nissan Dyno day.

Cool. If I end up being the one to do it, it would have to happen on a weekend or after 5 PM during the week. And actually, I'll be painting my wheels all this weekend long.

I just gave Jason a call over at PRE because they are one of our customers that buys parts from my company.
I didn't know they did UTEC tunes.
I'm going to have them re-tune my UTEC with the 125 and 150 nitrous shots since it turns out they've tuned more UTEC's then all the other tuners in Portland combined.

Thanks for the heads-up about them!!

I don't remember Gary's numbers, but I dyno'd that day also. They have a Dynojet and it was uncorrected at the time.

I put down 260whp 242 lb/ft torque as stated on Carfreeks.net

This was with Nismo catback, Test pipes, and a Utec tuned for hi-flow cats.

Ruff you should take Bobby up on his offer, and just put your utec to map 0. That would be a good comparison to Travis' car. If you're willing to drive up there that is.

I had problems and only put down 290/312 with 75hp shot of nitrous.
Got them fixed now, but I want to re-tune the UTEC since I changed the air intake and replaced the plugs.
