Dance clubs in Seattle area
So. . .aside from the fact that I feel homz0r for asking this, my wife and her co-worker chicas want to go to a club type place in Seattle on Saturday night. They're trying to avoid ghetto places and junk, but they don't don't go often enough to know which ones are "classier" (if there is such a thing?) and stuff. I haven't gone clubbing in ages and don't know what to tell 'em either. We went to that coyote ugly place a few weeks back, but it was in a tad trashy area. I've been to Trinity and Venom, but wouldn't really want to bring 'em there. Any of you guys have any other recommendations? Thanks for any tips!
P.S. Yes, I get to be the pimp daddy DD, hauling a bunch of ladies around. . .and yes Drew, two of them are married.

parlor.. that place is pretty tight.. its classy... theres a dance floor, and alot of pool tables.. Full bar and restaurant type.. its in bellevue.. been there once.. the crowd is usually older rich people from bellevue..
I definitely dig The Parlor. Glo was mediocre at best for me. Tia Lou's is always PACKED, and the security staff there is a bunch of *******s who constantly wave flashlights at everyone. I used to go to Last Supper Club pretty often, as well as Tiki Bob's but that's a bit more on the hood side of things.

) in the last few weeks to say hi to people I never see out, and both times the ratio was whack and I got the feeling a lot of people were dropping their entire paycheck fronting...people trying too hard and staring at the postage stamp sized dance area gave a depressing vibe.If Trinity/venom/tialous type places are off the list, Twilight in Belltown is a really chill spot for dancing, but possibly a bit smaller than what you are hoping for and not a "dance club" in the sense of killer sound and light show with go-go dancers.
You might hit up VIP at one of the bigger clubs. It gives you a nice "break" and weeds out some of the unwanted aspects. BTW next weekend at the bars should be pretty packed with school letting out.
Edit- Forgot to mention the homoerotic patdown treatment courtesy of Glo/Ibiza security.

woohoo, married women! I'll be there! Personally, I don't like the parlor. Glo wouldn't let me in because of my shoes. My favorite place is actually belltown billiards. Saturdays can be fun at valhalla's in kirkland (80's night) fun croud, but I hate 80's music.

If you want to go to a "dance club" then I suggest Trinity, Last Supper Club, Seasound Lounge and Contour. If you know when you will be going then let me know since some nights are better then others for these places. Also can point you to where to find headliner listings....
Schweet guys. Thanks for all the ideas. I'm going to chauffeur them around this Saturday night. . .so far it sounds like these may be the best given the various inputs I've gotten from all over (in no order):
Tia Lous
Havanna
Twilight
See Sound Lounge
or maybe Trinity, even tho I've been there and don't exactly like the locale.
Are any of these place gonna ***** us out for wearing jeans? I'm sure my wife and I'll just wear denim. . .the other chicks are more likely to "dress up." Oh, and I HATE parking downtown. . .anyone have any good areas/lots to park in? I don't mind paying $10-$20 if it's close.
