For sure. The last meet I was at in Portland had more G35s than Zs.

I'm back in Portland now. I need a day to recover from all the drinking, partying, and Gaming the last 4 days.

I have a couple things going on the next couple weeks, but I'd make time for a meet.
As long as it's a Nissan/Infinity meet.
I wouldn't want it turning out like the Nissan Dyno Day at Unnatural where only 10% of the cars were Nissans.

 

If you guys wouldnt mind a new guy I'd like to try and come see some of the other Z's in the area. Particularly I want to check out overzealous1's Z cuz of his TT.

 

Yeah, it sucks, but it isn't too bad. Rear bumper skin will need to be replaced. Right rear quarter panel will either be repaired or replaced, and the reinforcement behind the rear bumper on the corner of it will probably need to be replaced. If that happens, I get a new fender!

 

Late night drags are going on at PIR tomorrow. Gates open at 4PM, $5 admission. It's not much more to actually race. If anyone wants to go, let me know. I plan on heading down.

I won't be down there till at least 9PM.

 

I didn't think it ran very late on Wednesday nights, on fri/sat nights. Wednesday nights are usually muscle cars etc, that are generally too loud after 10pm. Thought racing ended around then too.

 

Gates open at 4PM. Racing starts at 7PM. Muscle cars usually stop at 10PM because of noise restrictions. Racing ends at 11PM.

It looks like I'll be able to be down there at 8PM.

i went. got there kinda late though, almost 9pm. alot of the cars had left by then but they were into the finals at that point bracket racing. was pretty cool. i was the only Z there, lol.

 

Shoulda posted this on here, but not sure if anyone would have come. But just got back from a nice little "mainly subaru (posted on NASIOC.com as I use to be a huge suby nut)" meet in Oregon City. We shot the **** for a couple hours and just hung out at the new Dutch Bros.

 

I was hanging out at a muscle car meet in Canby at the Fred Meyers tonight.
They get together there and just shoot the breeze when the weather is nice.

I drive a stock 06' Silver Z. My bro drives a 06' G, but rollin' on 3 SF Volks & 1 Stockie *due to some curb rash... gettin' it fixed atm, lol.
