Angry problems, questions, solutions?

alright i'm having problems with my fuel door on my 03 z and wanted to see if anyone else has experinced this problem as well. My fuel door will not pop completly open when I push the button. It basically takes two people or I end up pushing the button through the mount due to fustration of walking back and fore. any ideas???

also does anyone have any good suggestions for tree sapp removal? (product)

if you hold the button for too long that could cause it... mine has been known to open and close... (had a friend watch to be sure) my solution was pushing the button as fast as possible and its hasent been a problem since
