Nice upgrade....next on my list for sure. Going to go with the Bell OEM plug and play kit though. Paddles electronically actuate upshifts & downshifts same as the OEM gear shift does. The tranny will not shift better until you do the VB.

nope. my paddle shifter consists of 2 slippers and a shift boot

I usually have CarNutz do my work; haven't asked how much they want to do it. The kit itself usually goes for $200-$250, you might be able to go cheaper through dealer. Most say it is an easy install, so I can't imagine too much.
