The times would be more dependant on driver skill in a MT Z, however, in an AT Z the times are more a function of HP/TQ since the driver is responsible for only RT and steering.

maybe feathering it if you start spinning? brake torquing like warmmilk said, maybe using the manual mode of the automatic (dont know if that is better or not) air pressure mixing etc. there are a few different things that you need to learn how to get down before stepping up.
