only replace them if they break, lol. i havn't been able to justify spending the money on the newer ones when i have perfectly working good ones .

Just so you know Flex is always added when painting any non-metal body panel, especially bumpers. This is to allow the paint to flex with the bumper so that the paint doesn't crack, it also helps to prevent minor rock chips.

wow, you revived this thread to tell me and others something what was already covered in the thread. and no, it is not ALWAYS added. from the factory sure, when you have a repair done, no.

Damn! I want a front bumper for my Z and i was thinking that if you still had a bumper laying around that you might want to get rid of it. but sad that your car is so far
