So.. how was it?

 

I am hearing reviews (not from here yet) that it was entirely too predictable and bale seemed to be trying too hard (wtf?).

still favorable reviews but those are the complaints I've heard.

ya it was not as good as i expected... seemed like alot of filler in the middle

 

The script was weak. Don't want to spoil anything but not sure why any of the characters had a bond with the second lead actor. Did I see a girl come join us at the movies?

 

Skipping spoilers, but I can understand why that happened.

The movie was a meh.. It was entertaining, yes kind of predictable.. With that said.

When Arnold busts out the holding cell and starts to whoop the ever loving "S" out of Bale I was like "F" YEAH! BABY!! Whoo!

I liked the movie, sorry I can't be a cookie cutter explosion junkie like some but I think they did do a great job altogether stitching so much together throughout even with the music and the classic "one liners". There were so very good action sequences with explosions though and plenty of hair raising robot fight scenes. It will not disappoint the Terminator enthusiast. I was disappointed at the Skynet facility and the "disney" like T600's they had herding the prisoners around , that looked cheap and not very well thought out.
