not sure what to make of my buyer just yet, I am losing faith. he wanted a fast answer on his asking price and he got it. we agreed to meet thursday, I called him and he 'forgot' about something with his daughter, so we rescheduled for 4:30pm today.

I call him at 4 .. sounds like he is having issues getting a truck. ok, we push back to 7pm, just called him, didn't answer.

not sure if he's going to flake out or what but signs are pointing to yes. pretty irritated with him since I wasted the day waitin around on him, and now I am late to a friends 25th bday on the false pretense that this was supposed to happen. bah!

are you buying that Manta?

my buyer is short 1500$ of our negotiated price and he's trying to come up with a way to get it. I'd rather not wait for him only to find out he couldn't pull it off. he knows it's still on the market and I told him to make sure he contacts me if he's going to do anything like sell something in order to obtain the money, to make sure he doesn't screw himself.
