Default words dont describe stupidity at eastside nissan

So I'm on my phone at the dealer giving them a second chance because the advisor actually treated me with respect. I mention about 20 times that my car has no buis on or anywhere near a lift...they are replacing the passenger window motor and regulator under warrenty,,, so they stage my car after I explain how they effed up my bumper and didn't do **** about it last time I was there for warrenty work... the tech gets my car with the repair order highlighted and circled in two different colors saying repair car in a flat stall only... first place he goes is his lift... after realizing my front bumper won't make it over his lift he turns the car around and backs it on.... 99percent sure I heard the skirt touch the lift... then he got on the ground to try to swing a lift arm under it.... didn't work.... I've made about 4 phone calls to ppl in the lobby around customers bitching aloud about the horrible service and I'm here to warn everyone else.... if you want a complete effing retard handeling the car you care about come here... I cannot believe ppl are soo dam stupid

Advisor name damon
Tech name coming soon

Thanks for the heads up man, that place sucks lately, I had to take the Pathfinder in for warranty work and I don't want to talk about how long it took for a simple diagnosis.

Also I would not let them wash your car or vaccuum it, They filled the center console of my Titan with water... Did I mention there is a dvd player in there? Ha ha ha! Idiots...

Yeah, since I dropped my car I'm scared to take it there as well. I need to get my passenger side window fixed as well sometime. I just don't want to leave it in their hands.

what a bunch of idiots man, hope they don't damage your ****. why are they bringing it to a lift for a god damn window motor anyways.

they had a flyer up advertising lmgt4's and the parts department swore up and down that they didn't, and that they would go talk to the floor people and call me back if he found it. never called me back. :P

Who would you suggest to do my window? Seems like the Nissan dealerships here don't really have a good rep.

swapping the window motor would only take 2 hours if you haven't opened up the door panel before. the motor itself is about 150$.

most places will quote you around 450$ to swap it. is 2 hours of your time worth 300$? not even close for me. letting that ****er die out then swapping it myself.

Nice. I'll hold off for a while, my only problem at the moment is in my right window when I do auto-up it will make it to the top and then come down an inch. So I just have to hold the button forcing it up. Nothing too bad at the moment.

My drivers side does that randomly.
Auto up it goes to the top then comes back down about 4 inches.
I can close it it manually up but then it doesn't do the little drop down when you open and close the door.
Then it just goes back to normal later.

My neighbors 07 Altima does the same thing at random times.

Umm yeah...I almost got ripped off there recently too. I went in there because my brakes were vibrating a little and I didn't think it was that big of a deal. Took it to Eastside of Nissan, they told me my aftermarket wheels was causing the vibrations and I need to go back to stock AND that I need new front rotors. They wanted to charge me $600 for the front rotors. Hmm...I don't know a lot about cars but this sounded odd. So I took it to Toyota of Kirkland (because my friend worked there), they took a look at it, flushed my brake fluids for $160 and that fixed the problem. Ugh...and to think I almost paid $600 for front rotors and going back to stock wheels. SERIOUSLY!

lol, you told them your car cannot go on the lift yet he still try's to put it on the lift? I would've stopped the guy immediately and started bitching him out.
