Considering Selling Nismo....Anyone interested????
I have run across a really good deal on a Z06 Corvette that I am really kicking around and thought I would throw out a feeler to see if anyone would even be interested in the Nismo first. Its #0760 in Negaro Red and has 5314 miles on it currently. The car is flawless both inside and out. I have just a little over $6000 into the nav, bluetooth phone and stereo system whick consists of a Kenwood double din, memphis amps, memphis m-class seperates in the doors and behind the seats, and a single 10" W6-V2 in a zenclosures box with amp rack. It has a full clear bra kit over the entire front end and on the quarters, a Seibon Carbonfiber Hood (still have the original as well) and I think thats about it. I would have to be pretty much at $35,000 even to let it go and thats taking a $7000.00 loss at whats actaully into it. If someone is interested then great lets talk and if not then thats great as well...........I love the car but would ove the opportunity to pick up a Z06 as well. Any interest???

I dont know how you guys thing I am that far off of a good selling price. I just spent over an hour researching online what these are selling for bone stock with over 15k to 20k miles on them and they are still in the 29k to 32k range. I dont think I am being that unrealistic at 35k with whats in it and the miles/condition of it.

new ones fetching 28-32k .. and you expecting to get money back out of your mods.. yeah, not gonna happen in the current market man.
if you parted out your electronics and sold the car stock you could get a more realistic price, and you could sell your aud/vid gear seperately to recoup costs. that's how it works, otherwise you are taking a larger hit.
nothing will stop you from trying, but youll have to come to realize it sooner or later.

Sounds like a good price, a little much for this forum though (yeah I said it) you cheap o's I say try modified car trader and auto trader or some viable realistic medium for selling a car, even craigslist would be where I'd put my baby up for sale rather than an enthusiast forum. I have sold many cars through Autotrader.com and craigslist and some of them were 5 -digit sales with cash Good luck man and gratz on the upgrade it it works out, just have patience. If its right it will happen for you!

I also think 35k is too high. Even if you had that much in aftermarket parts...there is no way anyone would pay that for a Nismo when a brand new one is 31-32 with under 100 miles. I think if you were to ask for 30-31 it *might* be worth that to someone who loves audio. Used pricing I think you're looking at 27-28k private party so that leaves you with 3-4k in value back for your audio equip.

I havent been a member of this forum for a long period of time but I have been a member and read enough posts to come to a very good conclusion about a large majority of the members associated with this forum. There are some good people here but there is a very large majority of the members here that have what seems to be a sole purpose to just **** with people. My experience has been that forums have always been to help its members and discuss a general common interest passing along idea's and experiences for everyone to enjoy. Alot of the members here just want to leave negative comments when they should in reality just go the hell away and enjoy a thread that interests them. For the members that are supportive of the forum and other members, props to you..............to the others, and you know who you are, what a boring and meaningless life you must have when you have to be an internet tough guy. I dont care to be a part of it any longer. Mod, please close the thread and delete my account.

nah, that was a polite way of telling you that your price is waaaaay too fkn high. stock used nismo's are having a hard time fetching low 20's ask solo-350z. 350z's have depreciated a lot more since the 370z was released.
