nevermind, there are no good dealerships..., let me refraise my question...
any dealership and sales associate with human mind???
Dude, I once could say good things about a few of the local dealerships but after my last run in at Eastside... no... no such thing as a good sales experience anymore. have you tried Younker? I bought most of my OEM Nismo parts from them. They seemed chill but never interacted with sales, I put off the leave me alone vibe when I was there..

I would have recommended Dino at Campbell-Nelson Nissan until he pulled some ******** stunt after the sale to try to trick me into setting up service appointments through him. He's lost five sale recommendations by me since then. I would have gladly recommended him otherwise, but instead I've warned everyone to stay clear of him since he's full of crap. I would have even made a commission on any customers I sent his way; that's how strongly I feel about this.
The sales associates I've dealt with recently all seem to work under the credo that there's a sucker born every minute. Too bad for them, since people are obviously willing to go out of their way to get hooked up with a salesman who will at least acknowledge the intelligence of their customers. My only recommendation would be to find the youngest salesman on the lot. In general, they're the least likely to scam you.

look to see if any of the dealers in the area are one price dealers.... there are a few in az and yes the prices are steep but any dealer price is steep... it basically locks their cars at one price so there is zero negotiation... salesmen at dealers like that tend to be much easier to deal with because they dont make more or less on any car sold its just a standard rate... if your looking at used cars its always harder at dealers because salesmen make more on used cars from what ive experienced... imho i would go for a used private party deal unless you really want a brand new car...
what exactly are you lookin for?

Tacoma Nissan has offered the best experience I have had to date if your looking for Nissan specific. Their sales dept is mediocre and their service dept is incredible. They went out of their way to correct problems from the Nissan dealer in Olympia.
If you want to buy quickly you can try buying through costco, a little over invoice. If you want to haggle then email the sales manager. Don't walk into the dealership unless you want to deal with sales people.
Have you driven a 370 yet? I spent a couple hours in the PPW 370 Nismo Tacoma Nissan has and was less than enthused to say the least. Maybe I was just expecting to much from all the hype I had heard about the 370 to start with. Nice car either way though.
