Default 2008 Nismo Front Bumper Cover

Wanted to offer it up to the locals first.......If anyone is interested that is. Not really sure what to ask for it but I know it sells for $799.99 with Nissan. Its the cover in the pic Alvin took for me.

** This is the OEM Nismo Cover **

I'm confused, are you selling the entire front bumper (nismo v3) assembly? I recall you saying your friend was making a cf or kevlar prototype replacement.. did that go through for you?

I may be interested if I am not being a dumbass about what part this is. what are you thinking ballpark wise?

No it never was used to make a mold for a CF copy yet. I haven't been able to get over to his shop in Port Angeles yet. It is the entire front bumper cover but it does not come with parking lights (those are being reused). You will also need the lower bumper guard that runs another $50 from Nissan and a Nissan Emblem as well. It's a $799.99 piece from Nissan so I think $500 if pretty fair for it. Anybody else have an opinion about that?

lower bumper guard = just some support piece behind the bumper? I want it, but I don't want to jump into it with a bunch of complications!

500$ seems reasonable to me

Slim.....I would have just made $50 off of you by betting you would be the first to pop off about it.

Entalie, just research it and make sure your interested. I spoke to the Nissan Parts guy in Tacoma today for a little while about it. He says all the brackets show to be the same all the way back to 2003 but I have never had anything but my 2008 so I don't know for a fact. Another member wants it pretty bad but it would involve me sending it to California. I'm not really into trying to pack it up but I guess whatever I have to do. I would rather see it go to one of you guys locally if someone is goin to get a deal on it.

yeah dude, I want one pretty badly too. it's not really in the cards for me right now and I'd wait until I had my sideskirts and rear before I'd put it on, but when a good deal surfaces you just kinda gotta jump on it ya know? I'll have a v3 front at some point in time, it would just cost me more to get it later

mailing big items sucks. not only is the shipping absurd (100+), but the packaging has to be pretty solid to prevent any shipping damages.

I am sure I want it, though. I have a feeling my local dealer wouldn't know a damn thing about what I need to put it on.

This guy in parts was nice enough to spend the time to go through the computer and match up the parts for each year. He says they are all the same but like I said, I my personally don't know this for sure so I am going strictly off what the parts guy at Tacoma Nissan is telling me. I'm pretty confident he was very thorough in his research though. Just let me know for sure before I commit it to someone else though.

Holy ball busters and the number of PM's from California people. California is not local guys, I'm giving the Washington guys first crack at this. If they haven't grabbed it in a couple days then yes I will ship it (on your dime though).

You mean this would fit an 05 Coupe non-Nismo except the install of 06+ fender well?.

from what I understand it will bolt right up - but there will be a minor gap if you do not buy wheel well liners from an 06+.

I'll let you know for sure at some point in the future. lol
