That's hot, have you thought of painting the back mostly white and leaving that portion Vince circled in carbon and then clearing the top portion?

Yeah, I've been thinking about this constantly but I want to be 100% sure before it goes to paint ...

good call! I think I agree with Vince's 2nd option, but might like what Alvin is getting at for the symetry aspect keeping the lines of the roof, but deff paint the back portion white, but if you go Vince route #2 leave it carbon between the tails

Update: dropped the car off at JMI, looks like we are going with a white trunk faded to carbon lip ... Excited !!!

pretty cool idea. leave the infiniti logo on the trunk and paint everything else white...

I wonder what the trunk deck looks like, carbon or painted ?? It's a shame for sure that the trunk I have doesn't have more distinct lines to mask to ...

Yeah, I'm excited to see it painted, just hope the fade comes out nice, it's so hard to do on a white car !!
