anyone with after market alarms?
I will give you that, their basic customer service skills are a little lacking at times. I tried to call them today twice, around 3pm and 3:30pm, went to voicemail, can't leave a message because their voicemail is full.
wtf. when I went there they had 1-2 people workin the office front all the time just browsing youtube videos and forums and ****. what are they doing? do some work. : P

Yea they closed Mondays. Overall I left about 10 messages to other worker there for Lawrence cause he never seems to be in. Left 2 emails aswell. Seems like he dosnt think it's important not to return my money.
I think I got to go to small claims courts. So gay!!!!! Arg.

seems like lawrence is always traveling. guess he trains a lot of folks on osiris and tuning in general, the guy is wicked smart and provides great customer service when he's in though.
would it kill them to update their voice mail that they are closed, and to have room for a single message? ah well, at least that explains it. just annoyed, I was at the emissions testing center and I wanted to confirm if I needed to put my ecu on the stock map for testing or if it would pass fine on any map

did you provide your own alarm or have them order it? i've had lawrence install two alarms for me in the last few years, and he's done a buddy of mine's 350z, all with no problems whatsoever. but all cases we had lawrence order the alarm and components.
