Default Local shops for paintless dent removal?

Walked towards my car today and found a fat *** dent on my rear bumper on the right side corner. Anybody know of a local shop that can do a good job for really cheap? Thanks in advance.

if its on the actual bumper, that's plastic and i doubt they'll be able to just pop it out anyways, unless its a huge dent in a flat spot of the bumper. i could be wrong though. maybe they can heat the plastic to pop it out?

I took my PPW Z to Bel-Red Auto Rebuild in Bellevue after a rock, that looked as big as my head, bounced off the hood while I was driving down I-5. They did a great job!

hmm.. I am just debating now if should just report it to the insurance and pay the 250 deductible for a new bumper painted, or just pop it out myself then bondo the imperfect areas then do the prep and paint of that area myself.. temporarily (if it looks bad) then go with an aftermarket bumper in the future.
