Default Anybody have....?

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody has a bumper for 03-05, not stock preferred... also a front bumper... while I'm at it... side skirts would be nice... ah hell, anybody have a body kit for sale? I've got two dots on my rear bumper where some d-bag hit me, and my front bumper has a nice impression from where someone threw a bottle at me while I was driving, luckily it only hit the bumper... never saw who threw it either. And my side skirts are non existent... anyway, yeah... thats what I'm talking about.

Anybody want to trade regular tail lights for OEM ones?

Yeah, I realize I just asked about five questions in one thread, but hey, I try to be efficient.

You just asked someone to trade regular tail lights for OEM ones. That does not make sense. lol

There's been a JP Vizage bodykit on craigslist for a while, but I think it's a little pricey. There's a couple part out threads on there too, for stock stuff.

I might be wanting to sell my OEM 03-05 front bumper w/ Titek Air duct, side reflectors painted black, and the middle part thing painted black on the lower part of the grille... I know you asked for no stock bumpers... but I mean I'll sell it if you want it. I also have a INGS front bumper w/ the side vents molded... It's Drew's old bumper, I might want to sell it because I'm in dieing need for money... but at the same time I'm don't want to sell it and I don't think I should.... I don't know. hahaha.

Also, if you're looking for aftermarket stuff... I'm goign to be painting my oem 03-05 headlight housings black pretty soon, and I'll trade you those for your OEM ones + cash on your side.

for some reason, it's not letting me post a post I edited, so I just have to be a post *****

I meant blacked out ones, not OEM, I was tired... and possibly drunk when I posted this.

Depending on how they come out, I'll likely want to do the trade + cash. The bumper would be cool, but I'm not pressuring you to do anything, I know how parting with things can be difficult (especially if you REALLY want it).

I carry about 6 pages of kits for the 03-05 z33. All of them can be found here. We offer special pricing for forum members so let me know if you'd like a quote and I work that up for ya!

I like the drifter kit, how is the fitment on those though, I've read some pretty rough reviews about how dura flex can be a PITA. What about painting them?

Would you guys happen to offer a military discount?

my shine kit and hr diffuser was 1300, and my prep/paint and install was 1600. thats with a middle of the road high grade replica setup. whatever you save on a product like extreme dimensions stuff, you will end up paying more for in tweaking and fitment issues.

I would avoid ED. even in the 370z forum as they are advertising the build process for their 370z kit, there are all sorts of fitment issues on their own demo model. if it doesn't fit right on their car that's supposed to make sales, how is it going to fit on yours?

We stand behind every one of the products we sell. If the fitment is off and we deem the part defective, we either exchange the defective part or refund the customer, simple as that. All of our kits may require minor shaving, sanding, cutting or filling as they are all handlaid and handcut from the molds so no 2 peice's edges are exactly the same. The same can be said for any aftermarket fiberglass kit, there isn't one on the market that requires zero work to install. For this reason, we recommend that all of our kits be installed by a bodyshop with experience in installing aftermarket fiberglass body parts. In regards to painting, the process is the exact same with any body panel. We do offer discounting and I have sent you a PM with the price.

Keep in mind that the kit that is going on the 370z is a kit we just made. We are working to correct any issues that show themselves during the process. We feel it would be misleading if we weren't forthcoming with the issues regarding the kit. If making a new kit for a new vehicle were easy, a lot more people would be doing it. We would rather give the public access to our mistakes rather than hiding them and rushing these parts to production and passing those mfg flaws on to the final production piece. If you have any concerns regarding our product, feel free to contact me directly and I will be more than happy to assist you.

I don't have any concerns about your products. I've heard enough horror stories to know to avoid them. what all is involved with you 'deeming' a product defective? how much money does someone put in with their professional body shop before they figure out no matter what, it won't look as good as they want it to? then they are just out that money entirely, even if you'll replace or refund. it's a bust

as far as your 370z kit, seems like a finished product, I mean, you guys painted it and all in the thread without correcting the issues. you also have the products listed ready for purchase on your site. all I have to go off of is the doctor'ed photos on your site (which fit better then the build progress pics in the thread here on the forum), you never really went back to the thread and posted undoctored progress pics on the gap issues.

hell if you guys can't make it fit better how are other shops supposed to figure it out.

you seem like a professional enough person, just looking out for a local. I've dealt with crap body pieces and don't want to see someone go through the trouble.

I'm sorry you feel that way about our product. Our refund process is quite simple. All we ask for is that you take several photos of the product on the vehicle. When we look through the photos, we will see precisely what issue you're speaking of and if we can, present you with a solution. If no solution can be found, we ask that you send the product back for either a refund or exchange. We will then issue the proper credit amount or send out a new part. Our carbon fiber warranty is similar with a couple of major differences. Since there is no shaving, sanding, cutting or filling that can be done on carbon fiber, we will ask that you destroy the part and we will then send you a replacement. It's not a matter of dollar amount with our return policy. The only reason we would not honor the warranty would be if the product was altered in any way.

While it may look like a finished product, those are the initial parts that we manufactured. The owner of that particular car wanted his car back as it had been at the shop for 3 months BEFORE SEMA '09. You can hardly blame the guy, all he wanted was to be able to enjoy his vehicle so he had the shop put the kit on as it was so he could drive it. Since the initial parts, the kit has undergone a revision to correct the issues you see in that particular thread. If you would like an unaltered look at how our 350z kits fit, watch our Duraflex video and you will see how well they fit. The kit installed in the video had ZERO modifications to it. It was installed by our marketing director and believe me, if he can do it, anyone can do it.

I appreciate the compliment and I'm sorry you've had to deal with less than quality parts in the past.

With all of this being said, if there is anyone in the southern California area that owns an 03-05 350z and would like to let us borrow their car for a week to test fit all of our kits. In exchange for their time, they would receive a free kit for their Z. You can reach me at any time during the day through any of the contact info seen in my signature.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to let me know and I will be more than happy to help.

that is a pretty generous offer and it would be very beneficial to clearing the stigma that your company carries. I recommend posting that in the SoCal forum and posting pictures of the fitment of the kits and sharing them in the body / exterior forum.

I have a Nismo V1 front bumper replica in fiberglass. If you want it you can come pick it up for $100. I bought this from Davboy a while ago but bought 07 oem bumper and will go with the lip kit instead. if you are interested I can send you some pics. never painted or mounted n brand new. Let me know.
