Ok, I have not seen many organized drives in a long while on this site. I need to go for a drive!! I got a baby coming soon, summer is almost over, Football season is starting and missed all drive/meets this year so it's time for me to just make one up since nothing really seems to be happening....

Drive to Snoqualmie falls and drive north towards Monroe and stop at Zeke's for bite to eat and drive back on 522 to Bothell/405.
This drive/meet will take Only about 3 hours. This back road drive parallel to HWY2 to get to Zeke's is really fun!! It's Monroe Touge!

Noon at South Bellevue Park n Ride (2766 112th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98004)

Bring Camera, cash for food ($10/person should be enough), and 2-way radio if you have them.

I was planning a drive towards the end of September. But I was planning on hitting the south end of the state;

Highway 14 along the Columbia and then up Highway 25 along the east side of St Helens, continuing up to the south end of Rainier and then a more leisurely cruise leaving Paradise.

*I'd love to hit this, as well, but I'm busy on Sunday. I'll probably be drunk all day since it's my birthday. I could probably make this if it were more like...9am.

 

man, that is a long drive for one day, but the roads down there are incredibleeeee.

 

Yeah, I will be in Portland and I'm basically planning on driving that route on the way back.

Or I suppose, if there were interested parties, we could do a meet up in Tacoma/Puyallup and take that route going south.

**Or whatever, I just want to do a drive where I'm not the only car on the road, or the other cars on the road aren't going 25mph. I'm open to ideas. I'd like ot do the Mt. Baker loop or whatever that's called. Highway 542 or somehting.
