I thought I would further invite all of you to come out to our gathering, Saturday June 4, 2011. I do apologize for not posting sooner. I was under the impression that were potentially too many my350Z members to accommodate. I've been reassured otherwise .

HAHA despite, you're all welcome to join us! g35driver.com, as well as myg37.com and *******.com members have been invited. We're expecting anywhere between 30-40 cars and attendees.

Note: We have to be discrete coming up to the top parking lot. We're planning to eat at Cheesecake Factory, or at least...that's what we're telling mall security . How about meeting at joes big parking lot? Mall security will kick people out after 30 minutes. Just seems like it would be easier for everyone, especially people who show up late.

quite possible. a couple of old friends had a gathering up top at bellevue. mall security came up, checked a few things out, and then left us alone. case dependent for sure. if they don't buy our "going to eat" downstairs, then we'll move to the restaurant.

I've had pretty bad luck meeting/having meets at Bellevue Square. Been kicked out a few times.

I've heard around that that particular event gets a bit TOO crazy. Lots of cops and too many potential accident prone drivers (Kent racers, from what I heard). Be safe man! Come out to the next one, yeah?

 

Just a quick update for you guys. To take a stab at getting from one destination to another, as a group, we'll be designating lead cars. Cars will be marked with a small (but noticeable) piece of blue painters tape.

Any volunteers? No obligation here. We're expecting ~30 cars, and having seen past gathering get dispersed, we thought it might be a good idea? ? (yay or nay)

Not much to do - but for example, coming out of the bellevue parking structure and going down the road to Sushi Maru, lead cars would go around the block (take a right out instead of left <- takes you to the main road) and come around the connecting side to block traffic so that our group could leave the parking structure in given sections. Not blocking cars permanently - just letting small groups out. The next set of lead cars will come around the corner and do the same.

 

Well seems I'm working that day from 2-10 so i wont be coming

 

the nw-built event is pretty tame. only ~25ish signed up so far, you must be thinking of the larger, insane euro car leavenworth drive, that typically drives out hundreds.

either way, have all summer, will see you out at an event or two : )
