Can anyone guess what this car is?
Here's another view ...
TIPS: It sits crazy low - It's TOTAL height is only 40 inches tall - (same as the original Ford GT40).
It was designed & built in England.
It drew such a stir when a U.S. sports car mag featured it on their cover that a company was formed to build and sell them in the United States.
It is said only 875 originals were ever built. Very few are on the roads

No - it's not a Fiero.
But I'm very impressed with TheFarmer who guessed it right off the bat - this is a 1977 Sterling Sports car
Proof We have some very car knowledgeable guys in this club

Maybe he was looking at the photos for a while before making a guess

Remember the video clip from Condorman (post titled "Before fast five")?
The yellow car in the movie was a modified version of this same sports car.

No .... I've watched them for awhile on Ebay - prices have really come down.
Honestly Most of them don't look very good - but the one here has been done right and looks really exotic. I Found it in Washington and ended up buying it. No question - it turns more heads than my modified viper red Z (and cost much less!).
