I tried to energize the local Nissan Club to plan a special Z/GTR Car Show at the Issaquah XXX for next summer but they were not interested. Would any of you be interested in a Saturday Cruise gathering next summer at the Issaquah XXX? Too late for a show because the calendar is full for the Sunday shows.

Do it. Check in with ZCCW as well if you are interested in a more-active Z community. I found these forums have few active participants for going to actual events, but ZCCW has good attendance with a lot of their own events planned out, and a good variety of Z cars, old to new! Cool people too.

 

Thanks for the information. I will contact the ZCCW leaders and get something planned. I'll post it here so if anyone wants to come for the big XXX burger and check out other Z cars they will know about it. On any Saturday evening there is all kinds of cars that show up.

I sent an email to all the club officers of the ZCCW almost two weeks ago but no answer. Guess they are nit interested either. So I will post a date sometime in the Spring and see if there is interest here by the members.

 

that's a bummer, not sure what the deal is. I would try to register on their forum and contact them there. they are typically active and responsive :\

The ZCCW officers have become incredibly techno-phobic. Almost zero activity in their forum, never a post on their Facebook, etc...

The next meeting, which is by far the best way to get an idea in front of the group, is Feb. 12th at the Tukwila Azteca restaurant. Putting the idea out there in front of everyone will definitely gain more traction with those guys.

Also, are you part of the PNW_INC Facebook group? More G35's than Z's but it is 200 members strong.

 

I went to register at the ZCCW forum and the button to start the process is inactive. I will go to one of their meetings. I was not aware of that facebook page or of that group. I will check it out.
