Exclamation Steven Creek Nissan Service is not Mod Friendly

just an fyi for those with Mod on the car.
Just got back from there and they won't even do an oil change on my car, stating that my car has alot of aftermarket parts and they cannot lift the car.....

the search continues..... we need a Performance Nissan up here!!!

yeah, Jim was cool, but Julie said he left to become a chef!!

I didn't do an oil change today. Probably gonna take it to Rob @ zcar garage if I get lazy and don't want to change it out myself.

Chef? Shop Manager to a Chef? Interesting

Must be a hidden talent of Jim's. We should try and get him to cook for us on future BBQ outings

I got my oil change at Stevens Creek. They did give me crap because it took extra long for them to put my car in the lift. Now that I have a lip, may be I'll need to take it else where!! Lucky I got a $50 gift cert from Z car garage!!!

i go to speedee, where you drive over a pit.
no hassle with lifts or anything.
costs about $50-60 for mobil 1.
and it takes them 15 mins to change oil, vaccuum the interior, clean your windows, etc.
they even let me stay there and watch (i don' t think they are suppose let me tho)

You should try to make it out sometime man. You and Yuichi were the first guys I met and I never see either of you around!

Like Moodie said, a bunch of these guys have added mods, it'd be worth checking out.

Sorry guys, just logged on and saw your messages. My girl and I drove down to Bakersfield last nite to celebrate the new year at the new house. We also stopped by at the local MB dealer and ordered an SLK55 AMG. Scheduled delivery around April or May. I'll bring that to a meet sometime .

Just grab a 5qt Mobil1 bottle at Walmart ($21). As for oil filter, go w/ the stock Nissan filter or Mobil1 filter. Don't know what the part #s are though.

Yes. Unless you have the JWT oil spacer or the APS oil pan.
