Bay area driving roads
Hwy 1 either North or South (cruz up/down the Coast)
Grizzley Peak Berkeley to Orinda (nice long ride twisty)
Skyline Road Oakland to Castro Valley (short but twisty)
All I can think of right now.

The Bay Area is one of the greatest places on the planet for driving. You can find just about any kind of driving you can imagine.
East Bay
Morgan Territory Rd. from Livermore to Clayton: 1.5 lanes, tight twist and turns.
Mount Diablo, Danville: 2 lanes, cost money and is somewhat slow.
Calaveras, Fremont to San Jose: 1.5 lanes in some parts, some tight twist and turns.
Mt Hamilton Front side Mt. Hamilton on the front side in San Jose, back side San Antonio Valley Rd./Mines out to Livermore. Front side 2 lane tight and twisty, back side, 2 lanes with long sweepers.
South Bay.
Baily, McKean Rd. Uvas down to 152 and go west into Watsonville
a good trip down to Laguna Seca: long run and with good sweepers.
South Bay and Peninsula
Highway 9, Skyline and a bunch of other roads all through the Santa Cruz mountains are just awesome, you can spend hours just discovering new ways to go to and from the beach.
North Bay
Also peppered with cool roads
Out toward Sacramento, highway 49 is a good long run through the gold country.
There are just so many, it's hard to name them all.

Definitely HWY 1 North.
Take 101 to the Golden Gate... Then Exit HWY 1 towards Mill Valley...Follow the signs.
Next thing you know your up in the hills through hair-pin turns on the edge of the Pacific. You can't really go that fast, but the twisties combined with the view is uncomparable... You can also branch off and drive through Muir Woods.
Try it. You won't be disappointed.
