damn... but BOZZ had KT So at their grand opening and their booth at HIN.... I guess image isn't everything... ~sigh

sucks to hear that, you should get your money back and look else where.
Ditto what everyone said with Gruppe-S, they're man of their words. If Gary is not around, ask for Max.

so uhh..today i came in and gave kenric the bride invoice.. he called bride and went into the office to talk to them. He comes out and hands me the phone and bride says that there is a big misunderstanding and that he is going to ship out another seat right now and it will come in tomorrow and that he appologizes. kenric says that the seats should be here tomorrow and if anything he will refund my money on monday but he is pretty sure that the seats will come tomorrow. i guess he talked it over with me explaining everything but i won't know until i get my damn seats. and i find it cool that someone on this board is very good friends with bozz as kenric said "nice post on the forums". i been too patient and everything i said is perfectly reasonable.

Well that's good to know. Makes me feel a bit better about my order. Wonder how Kenric found out about your post? Either way, at least he acknowledged that he understands how you're feeling. Did you resolve that whole steeling issue he was accusing you of? Good luck tomorrow!

Glad you were able to get this resolved. Sounds like they are being reasonable and finally communicating with you- but it took a great deal of effort on your part and that shouldn't have to happen. Hopefully they do read this board will start to become more aware of the need to communcate with their customers and respond on a regular basis. If you have a bad reputation in any car community there is usually a reason why.

Let us know if your seat come in and if so post some pics!!! BTW- which ones did you get- Ergo II's?

bride zeta III with gradation sitting at home waiting for the rails.. bride brix II with gradation waiting to come in :]

well technically he tried to say its not his fault and that its a big miscommuncation with bride and the shipping company. i have no idea where he go off saying that they ALREADY shipped it to their own shop address in which in that case i showed him the fax invoice copy that shows that their new address is on the paper.

all in all i spent too much effort driving back and forth trying to figure things out as they would give me very poor service on the phone and promises to call back but never did.

The accusing of the wallet is squash as he didn't see with his very own eyes who stole his damn wallet.

i just wanted my seats

Well as soon as this is all over, you won't have to deal with them again.

OT: I'm looking into getting some Bride seats as well. Would you recommend the Brix II over the Ergo II? Is it better to get a different style seat for the passenger vs. the driver side like what you are doing or can I, let's say, just put to Brix II seats?

I have the Ergo II as my drivers seat- it's very similar to the Brix II. Both are nice because they are reclining. I had initially planned to swap the Ergo for tracking and the stock seat for daily driving. But the Ergo broke in after about a month and now I just keep it in all the time. My wife likes the stock seat so I left that one as is

You should try to find a shop that has them in stock so you can try them out and see which fits you best. If we sync up at a meet you can sit in my car and check out the Ergo.
