Screw Bozz Performance
if all of you may not know by now i would like to say that Bozz Performance ****ing sucks. Customer service sucks, giving customer ******** status on their parts. I have been waiting for my bride seats the past 4 weeks. Everytime i call they would say that they would call bride and call me back in a few hours. From those few weeks..not even once they called me back to update me with the status and a few time they would say "we will call you back in a few hours" and didn't even ask my information.
I went to Bozz last Monday and "Kenric" said that bride had everything ready to go and ship so he said the parts will be here by thursday or friday. The days came and i made another trip there once again to check for my seats but kenric gave me attitude saying UPS has not showed up yet. This guy is extremely hard to deal with as he will give you sarcastic stupid remarks saying stuff like it's not his fault it's the shipping problems. Everytime i come to the shop he does not make any effort of tracking down the seats. Check this, I called bride today and they said that they are waiting for Bozz to send them the payment for the seats in order for them to ship them out. what kind of bull is that? I went to bozz today and explained everything to kenric and yes, more attitude and sarcism from him saying that bride is wrong or what not. When i left..15 minutes later he calls me and accuses me and my two friends of stealing his wallet and checkbook. He stated that his "neighbors" saw us steal it. i was in the shop while my two friends were next to the entrance having a smoke. I am giving them til the end of this week to give me my seats or else i'm getting my money back.

That sucks man! I hope everything works out.
If it were me, I would have demanded my money back at that point. And after the theft accusation, I would have definitely gone back to get my money.
Did you charge it? Just call your credit card company and tell them to cancel payment.

i put a 50% deposit on the seats because they said they have to "front" the money to bride. Today Kenric said they only do C.O.D. so what kind of **** is he pulling? what do you think should i just demand the money back right away?

Man. I hope I wont' get the same sh*t for my kit . So far so good though. I checked with Speed Alliance who is their main supplier & they told me that my order is coming in according to what they have said to me. At first I thought they were giving me B.S. when they said it was delayed but I confirmed directly from Speed Alliance that it was in fact delayed due to Customs. Spoke to Dat who was really cool to talk to. He told me that they'll give me a heads up as soon as it comes in & as soon as they ship it out to Bozz. Never worked/talked to Kenric so maybe that's a good thing. Spoke to a guy named Alex instead & he was real cool talking to. Wish you the best though with your seat. If they accused me like that of stealing something, I would've asked for my money back as well. That's totally uncalled for. I'll keep everyone informed with my situation as well.

Sorry to hear man- hope it works out for you. I've never dealt with Bozz personally, mostly because I have countless friends who have nothing but horror stories about that place. Your best bet would be to get your money back ASAP and place an order with one of the vendors here on the site. Good luck in whatever you decide to do!

i called bride once again. they sent me the fax invoice copy that they sent to bozz and confirmed that bozz haven't sent them the payment and that the seat and rails are still there. Since bozz said that the seat were shipped to their old shop and will reship to their shop within 2 days.. i am giving them 'til friday before i go regulate and get my money back....

Dont trip man. If anything venting is good for you. I wouldnt even wait till friday, screw them! Just get your money back and be done with tit. If they've given you so much crap during this whole transaction they dont deserve your business.

can't you get your $$ back.
and go to another shop who will buy the same seats that is waiting for you at bride. so then you'll still get your seats and not have to deal with bozz perf. anymore.
